Traditional Alentejo cuisine. A Chef's own touch! Dom Joaquim was born on March 6, 2007 from the desire of its owner and main chef to create a restaurant in Évora where traditional Alentejo cuisine was combined with his vision.

Variety and quality in the dishes it presents, creativity and originality, both in its careful decoration and in a dish of its own creation such as the Black Pork Pillow made of pork rolled in a tender dough. It stands out for the wide variety of other Alentejo dishes such as Roasted Lamb and Partridge Sargalheta.
As there is no shortage of good wine, you can choose from our extensive wine list the one you like best or even choose wine by the glass.
