Description
In the heart of Lisbon, only the ingredients of each season arrive. Don't be surprised if you don't find tomatoes in December or strawberries in January. The land has its time, its rhythms, and João knows them well. Nature has the last word. Here the voice of the motherland is heard and respected.
The space is dominated by light and pale wood. This Pombaline room, recovered by the ForStudio architecture studio, highlights a decorative element, a central area in brushed brass, which draws attention. This element combines perfectly with the other colors, present in the menu and in the other notes: gold and blue. Gold on blue.
