Convento dos Frades

Franciscan convent built in the 17th-18th centuries. The church has an admirable Baroque façade with a portal flanked by columns, while inside it stands out the altarpiece of the main altar in gilded wood, with the image of Nossa Senhora da Conceição, the side altars dedicated to Nossa Senhora do Monte Caramelo and the Santo António.
