This trail is developed in the Union of Parishes of Barrô and Aguada de Baixo and, a small section, in the one of Recardães and Espinhel, taking the hiker to know several points of natural and cultural interest.

Description
In the square where the trail begins, you will find the Chapel of Santo António and, already in progress, the following points of interest: Centro Cívico Eng.º Adolfo Roque, emblematic work of the architect Tomás Taveira; the Casa de Repouso Dr. António Breda, a building of heritage interest that highlights several architectural influences; the church of Aguada de Baixo, the Chapel of Carqueijo and the Ponte Pedrinha.
The sections coinciding with the Estrada Real take the hiker to meet the Camino de Santiago (Camino Português de Santiago) and the natural and scenic heritage, inserted in the Natura 2000 Network, stands out, finding several panoramic views of the Cértima river valley where the landscape is marked for the rice fields and for the floristic and fauna biodiversity (diverse species of herons, ducks, among other birds), that accompanies the hiker along several km.
The different stages of rice cultivation, as well as the species associated with this ecosystem, invite you to return at different times of the year, where the landscape will certainly be diversified.
