The Gate of Campo do Gerês, inserted in the Museological Nucleus, is one of the 5 Doors of the Peneda Gerês National Park and is characterized by being a structure of reception to the visitor, strategically located, in the main entrance of the protected area of the PNPG, in the municipality of Terras de Bouro.

Visitors can visit an exhibition with generic content about the region, about the main natural and cultural values of the PNPG and about walking routes, so it brings together several reasons of interest.
Environmental education
Porta do Campo do Gerês develops a set of environmental education activities for schools, institutions, as well as other groups, including monitoring specific actions, with the objective of promoting more conscious environmental behaviors.

Note: The ticket price is unique and gives access to the three areas of the Museo Nucleus of Campo do Gerês, namely, Museu da Geira, Ethnographic Museum of Vilarinho da Furna and Porta do Campo do Gerês National Park.
