Description

This space has a permanent exhibition area, with pieces from the private collection of Nini Andrade Silva, which document the work and career of the designer, with some awards won and that explain the history and culture of the Island and its strong connection to the sea.

Fortaleza also has other features, such as a store with articles signed by the designer, a cafeteria and a restaurant signed by Chef Miguel Laffan.

The Design Center asserts itself as a center for development and innovation, a place where artistic expressions and new ideas can meet, in a perfect symbiosis.

Also a must is the fantastic view that Fortaleza offers to those who pass by.
