Cascata dos Anjos is a spectacular waterfall that passes over the old highway ER 101 and is located on the outskirts of Ponta do Sol on the island of Madeira, Portugal.

Description
When driving west from Ribeira Brava to Madalena do Mar (on the VE3 road), take the exit (at the roundabout) Ponta do Sol. Do not enter the tunnel. It is a small road by the sea. After 1.8 kilometers a waterfall descends over the road and the car takes a shower. The road is very narrow at Cascata dos Anjos and there is nowhere to stop (perhaps when there is no traffic). The best view of the waterfall is when you drive a little further, passing by Cascata dos Anjos, and looking back.
