This is located in an area of exceptional scenic beauty just 10 km from the center of Maia and has a modern and functional Airport building, a hangar area where the facilities of its main operators are located, such as the Aeroclube do Porto, NORTÁVIA company, pilot training school, SKYDIVE company, parachutist and parachute jumping school.

It also has a certified maintenance workshop, pilot school, skydiving school, fuel station and a snack bar.
