Paredes
It is an aerial construction, consisting of a gutter excavated in large granite blocks, placed horizontally and based on vertical pillars, covering a distance of about 500m, leading the water from two mines to the tanks, next to the housing nucleus, and dates back to the first quarter of the 19th century. One of the tanks stands out for its carved stone, with two gargoyles and benches, suggesting a space that will have worked as a leisure corner and a water mirror.
The Aqueduct and its surroundings bear witness to historical and cultural elements, based on a natural and humanized landscape that symbolize the roots and identity of a collective.
