Of fourteenth century construction, it has undergone several changes over time. Rectangular in plan, with a single nave and a quadrangular chancel, the main facade, oriented to the west, is preceded by a galilee with a cylindrical pulpit and a simple cross in its interior. The portal of two archivolts based on columns, ornamented with half spheres and a mask, with capitals decorated by masks and animals.
Integrated in the Route of the Romanesque, the recovery and recovery works revealed a round arch span that now houses the image of the patron saint, as well as traces of mural painting, with representations of musician angels, whose quality and characteristics have been attributed to the frescoist Arnaus , between 1530 and 1540.
Originally, this chapel may have been a place of hermitic life, which has become a place of devotion and pilgrimage. In its front line is a cross with an imposing Maltese cross, probably contemporary with the foundation of the chapel. Both are classified as Public Interest Buildings.
