Description
Planted on the banks of the Douro, we reinvented gastronomy and today we hand knead the bread of other days.
In 2017, 2 years of work and research were completed on a concept that was somewhat trivialized until then: good bread. Bread kneaded by hand, with time to leaven, without artificial yeasts and with a nostalgia aftertaste. While they were improving it, João Miranda, Verónica Dias and António Lamas were rebuilding a space in Miragaia, on one of the traditional slopes of the Invicta city, which would become the home of the slow yeast bread that is the ultimate exponent of the ideology of friendship, family and hospitality.
