With the increase in demand for differentiated services, we decided to meet the population, expanding the intervention map, currently serving the municipalities of Gondomar, Maia, Paços de Ferreira, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo, Vila do Conde, Vila Nova de Famalicão .
As a nurse specialist in rehabilitation nursing, I aim with my intervention to promote early diagnosis and preventive actions, in order to ensure the maintenance of the functional capacities of the clients.
