Church framed in a small churchyard where a cruise is also implanted. In its immediate surroundings there are volumes formerly belonging to the walkway, some of which have recent interventions, but which retain characteristics of vernacular architecture.

The church building, with a simple design, but well integrated in its surroundings, has a plastered body painted in white with some architectural and decorative elements in apparent granite.
The facade is marked by the main doorway, in wood, which fits into a granite frame with an interrupted pediment, defined by volutes, in the crown. On the eardrum, the following inscription “1766” is observed. The facade's finish is provided by a canopial arch pediment, limited by volutes, but it still has a raised arch, defined by apparent granite. In the tympanum of the pediment, at its top, an small building with the sculptural representation of S. Cristóvão is torn.
The bell tower is attached to the north side of the facade. The finishing of the tower is provided by a bulbous dome, with vane on top.
On the route that marks the old path between this church and the chapel of S. Pantaleão, there are, in addition to the church cruise, other cruises of via crucis.
