Flor do Ave is a family-owned restaurant located in Trofa, founded in 1983. It has a varied menu of traditional Portuguese cuisine, especially the much-loved “Bacalhau à Flor do Ave”.
With more than 30 years of existence, the Flor do Ave Restaurant has the capacity to receive more than 400 people, spread over 3 large and comfortable rooms and also has 18 ovens from which 70 piglets are roasted every two hours.
