Teatro Municipal
The Municipal Theater of Vila do Conde assumes itself as a cultural dynamism pole in the municipality. Since its opening, after extensive remodeling works, from the old structure of the Cine-Teatro Neiva, it has substantially improved the cultural offer of the city, not only due to the growing and expressive influx of audiences, but also by converting the Municipal Theater into one of the best rooms spectacle of the country, to the point of being today considered a reference in the national artistic milieu.

Vila do Conde
Description
Opened to the public in 1949, the space had to close in the 1980s, but it has always remained very present in the memory of Vilacondenses, marking many of them for the unique opportunity to, for the first time, watch the cinema projection, theatrical performances or concerts musical.
On June 27, 2009, the Municipal Theater of Vila do Conde was returned to the city, completely renovated, ensuring the preservation of its memory, but also providing the population with new spaces, now with much better conditions, capable of welcoming the most various events, in all areas of intervention, whether creative, cultural or social.
