One of the most important rock art complexes from the Bronze Age in the northwest of the Iberian Peninsula, composed of more than one hundred rocks engraved with various motifs of a symbolic and geometric nature, where elements of square and rectangular shape stand out, with round corners, as well as several anthropomorphs (schematic figures of the human figure).

The locations of the archaeological station on Monte do Gião, almost 800 meters above sea level, dominating a vast natural amphitheater, make it equally superlative in terms of natural ambience, creating a profoundly symbolic whole of the social and religious reality of the human communities that made them during the 2nd millennium BC.
