100% obtained with grapes from the Alvarinho grape variety, produced at the Quinta de Alderiz estate, owned by the Pinheiro family since the mid - Alvarinho Quinta de Alderiz wine is the current testimony of the unique potential of this region and the Alvarinho grape variety, using cultural processes that combine tradition and innovation.
The Alvarinho Quinta de Alderiz's vini fi cation follows the classic model of the vinification of white wines with particular care in respecting the intrinsic quality of the Alvarinho grapes. For this purpose the harvest is done manually for boxes of 15 kg capacity that are quickly transported to the winery. The result of the whole process is a citrus-colored Alvarinho, with intense aroma, fruity and fl oral, with a caste flavor, fresh but soft, with good body, harmonious and prolonged end and prolonged end of mouth.
The Alderiz farm wines are obtained exclusively with grapes produced on their properties and with the highest quality parameters.
