Implanted in an area extremely rich in archaeological monuments, and occupying a total of 10 hectares, Cividade de Cossourado is, due to its antiquity, a topographic stature of important importance in the context of the Castro culture of the Alto Minho region.

Description

In the excavations developed, they found a collection of different types, testimony to a considerable and necessary socio-economic organization. Recently, in addition to the restoration of housing structures, a nucleus formed by two huts that recreate the dwellings of the village has been reconstructed.
