There are several vestiges of the Romanesque in the municipality of Ponte de Lima, with a special emphasis on religious architecture, highlighting the three examples that we present for being the most representative, despite their simplicity. They require a closer look, taking into account the details that can be appreciated and that characterize very well what can be called the second phase of the region's Romanesque focus, already in full transition to the Gothic.
