Mosteiro de Sanfins

Religious architecture is one of the most notable examples of the Romanesque in Portugal. Since 1910 it is a National Monument. The Convento de Sanfins was the head of the old Couto Monástico de Sanfins that encompassed the parishes to the north of the municipality and lasted until 1834.
