Brainspotting e EMDR ajudam muito

Estou há alguns meses a fazer terapia de brainspotting e EMDR com a Dra Raquel e está a ser muito benéfico para mim. Estou a tratar de trauma de infância, e o alívio após cada sessão é incrível e duradouro.
