Chaves
On the way up from Chaves you can see large granite blocks, more or less rounded, that populate the slopes like giant mushrooms. The famous “bolideira” is one of the largest and undoubtedly the most interesting of these blocks. It has an irregular shape, flat with more than 3 m in height and about 10 m in length and width, with the particularity of weighing several tons being able to move, in oscillatory movement, with a push from anyone.
