This bright and airy apartment benefits from its own private entrance, offering a double bedroom, a smaller bedroom with a single bed, a spacious living room with a sofa-bed (fits 1 extra guest), an extending dining table, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and great natural light throughout. Fitted kitchen with all appliances, including both Nespresso and filter coffee machines. The terrace, with a splendid view over the city, is perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying the sunset.  Main rooms are equipped with freestanding tower fans and heaters.

## Neighborhood

Intendente is possibly the hippest, coolest neighbourhood in Lisbon at the moment, and has become one of the most fashionable areas to live in. Located behind one of the city's main avenues, Avenida Almirante Reis, Intendente is central and convenient, and takes its name from Praça do Intendente - a small and oddly-shaped square.

The area has an edge that appeals to designers, musicians and artists. It also has many of the coolest new bars and cafés of the city, as well as one of Lisbon's most traditional and well known seafood restaurants. The recently refurbished 19th-century ceramics factory, currently houses the second output of a stylish and well-known made-in-Portugal boutique. You’ll find plenty of skaters and street artists hanging around or practising here, and the main square is often a stage for dance groups to perform and other random moments like that.

## Access

The apartment is 5 min walk from Intendente subway station and the popular 28 tram. You can easily walk to Baixa and surrounding downtown areas.  There is the possibility of parking in garage opposite to the flat (ask us for more details).
