Luís Magalhães is the man in charge of Restaurante Elevador and the first to say that before becoming a Chef, he is a cook. With over twenty years of experience, he is the one who orchestrates the team of professionals, between passion and rigor. Restless by nature, with a spirit of innovation, dynamism and a constant search for novelty, he wants the public to enjoy an honest, authentic experience that escapes the typical tourist scene.
