WELCOME TO HB SPACE NUTRITION!
The clinic HB Nutrition Space is located in the historical center of Viana do Castelo since the year 2015. Subdivide yourself in 3 areas:
- Clinical area: totally directed to the area of ??Nutrition, with consultations given Monday through Saturday exclusively by the manager and Nutritionist Hélia Lobato de Barros, bearer of the professional certificate no. 1713N and licensed in Nutrition Sciences by the Faculty of Nutrition Sciences and Food of the University of Porto.
The specialties / areas of current main intervention are Sports Nutrition and Weight Loss and Maintenance, and Nutrition is also relevant before, during and after pregnancy, Pediatric Nutrition, Oncology Nutrition and Eating Disorders.
The anthropometric evaluation of all patients is done through the Electrode System: Tetrapolar with 8 - Electrodes (Inbody 230 ®), in parallel and according to needs, to the skin folds medication (Accu - Measure ® adipometer) and body perimeters.
- Space consulting: Elaboration of menus, Technical Data Sheets and Labeling and Specialized Training,
directed to institutions, companies, restaurants, among others.
- Shop space: Sale of food and non-food products, with technical advice.

2nd / 3rd / 5th / Friday - from 09.30-13.30 and from 03.00-19.30
Wednesday and Saturday - from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
