Located in the heart of the historic center of the city, the building of the former Banco de Portugal has been hosting, since 2004, the Costume Museum that makes known, the ethnographic wealth of traditional Viennese costumes.

Description

The exposed estate also includes the utensils used for the handmade confection of garments. In addition to the permanent exhibition "Wool and linen in the Alto Minho costume" "Oficina e Sala do Ouro", the Museu do Traje holds numerous temporary exhibitions on the theme of Vianense costume and ethnography.
