The Center for Modern Art (CAM), opened in 1983, changed its name to the Gulbenkian Museum-Modern Collection in July 2016. On this date, the two museum collections of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation were restructured. The Calouste Gulbenkian Museum and the Azeredo Perdigão Modern Art Center (CAM) became part of the same entity - the Gulbenkian Museum.
