A ‘dive’ dining restaurant in central Lisbon by chef Ljubomir Stanisic.
The new 100 Maneiras is not "just" a restaurant. It is not "just" the restaurant of one of the most famous cooks in Portugal. 100 is a life story, the story of Ljubomir Stanisic and many others, of all (so many...!) that fit inside these walls made of stone and velvet, ruin and luxury. A project chosen, just 9 months after opening, to join the list of the 50 Best Finds, compiled by the organization of The World's 50 Best, and winning a Michelin star the following year.

Description
"Welcome to Bosnia!" , is said every night in this 32-seat restaurant in Bairro Alto. Mother Rosa's bread is accompanied by Yugoslavian specialties in dishes brought from that trip to Sarajevo. And it works like a letter of intent. First we know where it all came from (he, the chef patrón), then we see how he grew up, where he traveled, what marked him: as in "Where there's smoke, there's fire", a sweet tribute to the victims of the (bitter) fires in Portugal.
100 Maneiras do nº 39 is the natural evolution of nº 35, an old restaurant located on the same street (now closed for renovation), which for 10 years marked the rebirth of the most Portuguese-Yugoslavian chef-chef of all times after the bankruptcy of its first space, in Cascais.
We went up 2 numbers on the street, invested in the comfort of each of the 3 rooms (The Glass Room, The Dining Table and The Back Room), expanded the kitchen (which was not difficult ?) and increased our offer, with three tasting menus – " The Story" (17 moments), "The Tale" (shorter) and "Echoes from 100", 100% vegetarian.
We also created a cocktail bar for the award-winning team at Bistro 100 Maneiras, where we did away with the shaker for an exciting experience... "Lisboa" is one of seven exclusive cocktails, inspired by the popular festivals of saints and grilled sardines, but longer trips are also provided, for "Field", for example. Or to the "Beautiful Island"...
