Season by season, journey by journey, we discover new flavors that we bring to our menus. That's why what we serve is constantly changing, without losing what is the essence of Chef Vítor Adão's Plan and cuisine: respect for tradition, land, products and origin, combined with a contemporary and very folks. All of our menus can be adapted to different diets and dietary restrictions, upon advance notice at the time of booking.
To accompany this trip, we propose a wine pairing designed by our team or one of the choices from our menu, with mainly national references, from all over the country, which completes the experience of sharing a table in Plano.
These are joined by the cocktail menu signed by Red Frog, the first Portuguese bar to join the list of the best bars in the world - The World's 50 Best Bars - in 2017, and a member of the 50 Best Discovery since 2018. With classics not-so-ever and exclusive cocktails, mixed from the origins, influences and flavors that define Plano and chef Vítor Adão. Because life is always better shared - even inside the glass.
